Synopsis
In a historic interview following the first anniversary of Roe v. Wade being overturned, journalists Diane Sawyer and Rachel Scott interview 18 women who found themselves in heartbreaking and dangerous medical emergencies because of abortion bans across the country. In the first major portrayal of post-Roe America on national television, they talked to women experiencing complications left untreated, women forced to carry nonviable pregnancies, women hemorrhaging surrounded by doctors, women traveling thousands of miles to receive care, women close to death — all denied the care they needed.
